Mutual Aid LA provides info on shelters, assistance and donations. They also set up a very comprehensive spreadsheet of resources.
GoFundMe has set up a page for the fires, where you can donate to a general fund or to individual families (verified fundraisers).
Project Hope is assessing working with shelters, government officials and local organizations to identify and help fill in gaps for the greatest needs.

LAIT911 — LA Fire & Rescue’s nonprofit — is accepting volunteers for their disaster response and recovery team, including collecting donations and assisting with delivery lait911.org
LA Works – you can sign up to alerts to be notified of volunteer opportunities as they arise.
YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles – Providing community services at all locations, YMCA LA is seeking donations and volunteers.
Union Rescue Mission – The organization is now a Relief Hub, accepting essential supplies through its distribution center, thrift stores, and mission locations. Residents who have been impacted can shop in the thrift stores free of charge.
Flintridge Center – Volunteers will sort and pass out donations, including water, baby bottles, diapers, packaged snacks, masks, hygiene kits, blankets and pillows.

World Central Kitchen is handing out food and water, seeking aid and volunteers.
Project Angel Food is seeking immediate volunteers for both delivery and in the kitchen over the next several days.
No Res Gourmet – you can help cook, package, and distribute meals, as well as donate funds and supplies.
Neighbors and Friends – The cafe and cheese shop in Old Town Pasadena has become a donation center and drop-off point; seeking volunteers.
Hollywood Food Coalition – Seeking volunteers to prepare and serve food to people experiencing homelessness, also to organize food to be distributed to other organizations.
Some restaurants are offering free meals to those who have been impacted by the wildfires as well, including:
Foster pets of displaced families or help at overcrowded shelters. Active programs with animalcare.lacounty.gov (including emergency shelters) and www.laanimalservices.com, and local shelters—especially the Pasadena Humane—are seeking fosters and monetary donations, they’re also treating burnt and injured animals with other CA shelters.
Canine Rescue Club is also screening for fosters.
Malibu Foundation for vulnerable groups like seniors, low-income families, and people with disabilities and uninsured households.
Baby2Baby works with 470 LA County organizations top provide essential items like diapers, formula, etc. for families with babies & young children.
